Hey I also just read Atomic Habits. It's a great book for making systems for ourselves that don't have an end goal. I've been using the book to shore up some relationship, financial and health habits so I can more comfortably let myself be creative.

I don’t sketch near as much as I used to, and miss the moments of experimenting and happy accidents. I do have a Procreate file set aside for playing in, but it’s moved far down the space.
